Kimberly Kuchel joined the firm as an associate attorney in September 2018. Kimberly, a Remsen, Iowa native, earned her bachelor's degree from Morningside College in 2015. She earned her law degree in May 2018 from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.

While at Morningside College, Kimberly was a member of Business Honors, played on the softball team, and was actively involved with the Morningside Alumni Association. During her time at St. Thomas, she worked as a peer mentor for incoming students, served as President of the Student Mental Health Organization and Vice President of the Outstate Practice Group to encourage people to work in rural areas to better serve the needs of clients. She also worked for the Carver County Public Defender's Office and participated in an externship in Estate and Business Planning at Chestnut Cambronne Law Firm. In addition, Kimberly served clients through the Elder Law Clinic by providing them with assistance to obtain guardianships and conservatorships.

Kimberly is engaged in the general practice of law including, but not limited to, estate planning, probate administration, agricultural law and family law.

Kimberly is a member of the Iowa Bar Association.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys helping on the family farm, spending time with family, and watching/playing sports.
