Lindsey R. Buchheit is an associate of the firm. Lindsey, a native of O’Neill, Nebraska, obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree with high distinction in 2004 from the University of Nebraska Wesleyan in Lincoln, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2007. During her undergraduate studies, Lindsey was awarded the Boatright Prize for English composition, and was an active member of the Cardinal Key National Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta English Honorary, Society of Academic Scholars, Flintlock editorial board, and women’s track and basketball teams. Throughout law school, Lindsey clerked for both a Nebraska law firm and Corbett, Anderson, Corbett & Vellinga. She also served as Secretary of the Federalist Society, and was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Student Bar Association. Lindsey is engaged in the general practice of law, a large part of which she devotes to the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, and family law. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys running, spending time with her husband, Dave, and their dog, Husker, and reliving the glory days of Larry Bird and the 1980's Celtics.
