Kyle S. Irvin is a partner with the firm.  Kyle, a native of College Springs, Iowa, obtained his B.A. in 2002 from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.  He attended law school at the University of Iowa graduating in 2005.

While at Northwestern College, Kyle participated in an internship with the District of Columbia's Corporation Counsel in Washington, D.C. along with working at the law firm of Millhone & Anderson in Clarinda, Iowa.  During his time in law school, Kyle worked in the office of the Muscatine County Attorney handling the simple misdemeanor docket while also serving on the Journal of Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems and the University of Iowa's Moot Court Board.

Kyle is engaged in the general practice of law with a large part of his practice devoted to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, drafting of wills and trusts, real estate, business corporations, and debtor/creditor issues.

Kyle is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and South Dakota State Bar Association. He also serves on the board of directors for the Siouxland Senior Center in Sioux City, IA.

Kyle and his wife Tami are avid hikers when they get the chance, but Kyle also enjoys a good historical narrative or biography when he is not watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, St. Louis Cardinals, or New York Giants dominate on the field of play.
